ACCESSIBILITY

Last updated: June 2026

Our commitment

FreshAirz wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Access to our drops, our story, and our checkout shouldn't depend on how you browse.

We treat accessibility as part of doing good work — not an afterthought. We design and build with the goal that anyone can shop, read, and reach us without friction.

Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These are the widely recognized standards for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for as many people as possible.

What we've done

Steps we've taken across the FreshAirz site:

Semantic HTML & headings — pages use proper structure and heading order so screen readers can navigate them clearly.
Full keyboard navigation — you can reach and use menus, links, forms, the bag, and checkout without a mouse.
Visible focus outlines — keyboard focus is always visible, so you can see where you are on the page.
Skip-to-content link — a skip link lets keyboard users jump straight past the navigation to the main content.
Reduced motion — we respect your system's "reduce motion" setting and turn off animations when it's enabled.
Descriptive alt text — images carry meaningful alternative text so they make sense without sight.
Readable color contrast — text and interface colors are chosen for legibility against their backgrounds.
Responsive layout — the site supports zoom and reflows cleanly on phones, tablets, and desktops.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never finished. We're continually testing and improving the site as it grows and as new pieces drop.

Some third-party components — like the PayPal checkout — are outside our direct control. We choose providers that take accessibility seriously, but their interfaces are built and maintained by them.

Feedback

If anything on this site is hard to use, or you hit a barrier that keeps you from doing what you came to do, we want to know. Email [email protected] — tell us what happened and we'll help you directly and work to fix it.
