We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after changes go live means you accept the updated terms.
You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site or purchase any product. By using FreshAirz, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate. If you're not 21 or older, you may not place an order.
FreshAirz sells apparel and lifestyle goods only. We do not sell tobacco, cannabis, vaping, or any controlled substances — all product names and imagery refer to streetwear apparel and accessories.
Our pieces are released as limited, numbered drops. When a drop sells out, it's gone. Product descriptions, colors, and pricing may change at any time, and items may sell out without notice. We try to display colors and details as accurately as possible, but screens vary and we can't guarantee an exact match.
Orders are processed securely through PayPal (which also supports Venmo and major cards). Placing an order is an offer to buy — it's accepted once we confirm and ship it.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
We offer fast, tracked shipping, and shipping is free on orders over $120. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier and destination.
We keep returns easy: 30-day returns on unworn items with original tags attached. To start a return, head to our Contact page and we'll send you a label. Items that are worn, washed, or missing tags may not be eligible.
The FreshAirz name, logo, designs, graphics, photography, and all site content are owned by FreshAirz and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or otherwise use our brand or content without written permission.
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest data, use bots to buy limited drops, or use the site for any fraudulent or illegal purpose. We may suspend or block access for anyone who violates these rules.
The site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshAirz and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the home state of the operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in that state.
